THE RULES OF PLAY
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Tactigon Football Manager and protect fair, secure play for every manager.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live and be able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in credentials private, provide accurate registration information, and tell support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Fair play
You may use Tactigon for personal entertainment. Do not exploit defects, automate gameplay without permission, manipulate matches, interfere with services, impersonate others, harass players, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
3. Game progress and virtual items
Clubs, players, fixtures, rewards, and other in-game elements form part of the service. They do not represent real-world ownership or cash value unless Tactigon expressly says otherwise. Game balancing, competition rules, and content may change to preserve integrity and improve the experience.
4. Your content
You retain rights you hold in names, messages, or other content you submit. You give Tactigon a limited permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You must have the right to submit it.
5. Availability and enforcement
We work to keep Tactigon available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or serious or repeated rule violations. Where practical and lawful, we will explain material account enforcement.
6. Intellectual property
Tactigon, its software, visual identity, game systems, and supplied content are owned by Tactigon or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
7. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, Tactigon is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use of or inability to use the service.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Tactigon at any time and can request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, lawful retention, and liability provisions, continue to apply.
9. Applicable law and changes
Applicable law governs these terms, and mandatory consumer protections where you live remain unaffected. We will post material changes here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means the revised terms apply, where permitted by law.
