Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Tactigon Football Manager processes, why it is needed, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion.
1. Information we process
- Account data: name, email address, user identifier, and authentication status.
- Game data: club and manager choices, squad, tactics, fixtures, match outcomes, season progress, and gameplay preferences.
- Support data: messages and information you provide when asking for help or account deletion.
- Operational data: security events, service errors, device or platform type, app version, and network metadata needed to protect and operate the service.
Tactigon does not use this data for cross-app advertising and does not sell personal information.
2. Why we process it
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, preserve your football-management progress, run authoritative matches and seasons, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain service reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Service providers and transfers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, identity, hosting, security, and support providers acting for Tactigon. We limit access to what is needed for those services and do not permit providers to use the information for their own advertising.
Where information crosses borders, Tactigon will use safeguards required by applicable law.
4. Retention and deletion
Account and game data is normally kept while your account is active. We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and remove active account data within 30 days after verification. Limited security and audit records may be kept for up to 90 days, and encrypted backup copies may take up to 35 additional days to roll out of scheduled backups.
Some records may be retained longer where law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service security requires it. They will not remain available for ordinary gameplay.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you before acting.
6. Children and policy changes
Tactigon is not intended for children under 13, and a higher minimum age may apply where local law requires it. We will post material policy changes here and update the effective date.
