Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion without opening the game. We verify ownership before removing an account.
How to request deletion
- Use the button below from the email address linked to your Tactigon account.
- Keep the subject line Tactigon account deletion request.
- Include your manager or club name if known. Do not include your password or access token.
- Complete the ownership-verification step sent by support.
What will be deleted
After verification, Tactigon will remove the account profile and ordinary access to its email and user identifier, club and manager customization, squad and tactics, fixtures and season progress, gameplay settings, and other account-linked game data.
What may remain temporarily
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and remove active account data within 30 days. Limited fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legally required records may remain for up to 90 days. Encrypted copies may take up to 35 additional days to roll out of scheduled backups and are not restored to normal gameplay.
Deletion is permanent
Deleted clubs, squads, tactics, fixtures, results, and season progress cannot be recovered. If you only need help signing in or securing an account, contact support before requesting deletion.
